I like doing the 30ds. That burns fat fast. As for after bingeing days, I recommend just starting a fresh new day by exercising and eating healthy. Don’t beat yourself up for it, it happens to all of us
I got sick because I wasn’t sleeping enough and I was really working myself so I took a break. For like a week…, so I have no eaten healthy or worked out in about a week. Like a week and a half. College is so close a d everyone is so skinny!!! I cannot be fat like it is unacceptable. Trying this again starting tomorrow. 30day challenge again and eating healthy. I’m going to try to seriously cut out carbs, except for oatmeal and fruit. Carbs kill me
